About Us

How can you offer repairs for only £5?

Why not? Most simple repairs take less than an hour! We think the question you should be asking is "Why does everyone else charge so much for repairs?"

It's not just that though, we don't have the same overheads as high-street shops, nor the transport infrastructure overheads of operating a national service. We believe in offering a local, eco-friendly, affordable service.

Oh yes, and we're good too!

The Repair

How long does a job take?

Repairs can take anything from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the complexity of the job. If you're in a hurry though we also have a same-day Rapid Repair service.

How do I know when the job is done?

When you book your repair we will arrange with you a pick up time and place. On collection we will make note of a convenient time and place for delivery. Once your repair is complete we will call and confirm the delivery time and place with you.

Is the price for a hem on trousers for 2 legs or one?

Both legs are included in the £5 repair

What if the length on my skirt does not fit?

Your alteration is measured or pinned by yourself we will do our best to meet your requirements. We will photograph and keep the cut offs to ensure our accuracy. If the hem is not short enough it will be rectified with an additional charge.

Collection & Delivery

Can you collect and deliver to my workplace?

Yes, this is actually our preferred option!

Customer Satisfaction

What if I'm not happy?

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and in the unlikely event of an unhappy customer, we will do our best to make it right. Customers are encouraged to get in touch if something is wrong (and we will do our best to rectify any repair that does not meet the right standard).
