if the client is not satisfied with the job Seamless Repairs will rectify the fault but still expect payment in full.

if the repair is damaged or lost by Seamless Repairs a compensation claim can be made and considered.
Rapid Repairs is a 24 hour turnaround service and carries an additional £5.00 charge, payable on exchange of completed job.
A&E is a call out service done on site. The charge is a minimum of £25 and available for functions such as weddings. This charge is payable on arrival and after assesment, an hourly rate of £20 is chfirst 15 minutes.
A&E repairs will be assessed on call out, no charge will be made if the repair is not doable.arged after the
Regarding repairs 11-16
Each repair on one garment constitutes as a single repair, for example one knee patch is one repair and 2 knee patches are 2 repairs even if they are on one pair of trousers.
(Clause 11a This does not apply to taking up a hem on trousers.)
Details of alterations such as hems are the responsibility of the client. if the client requests a 2 inch cut off , it will be measured at 2 inches.
Photographic evidence of each repair will be stored with Seamless Repairs and maybe used in the gallery
All cutoffs will be returned to the customer with the altered garment.
Every effort will be taken to colour match fabrics and replacement zips but Seamless Repairs do not take responsibility for a perfect match.
Seamless Repairs do not accept responsibility for zips etc sewn into ill fitting garments, a zip replacement will have 2 secure rows of stitching in place.
Regarding timescales 17-21
Seamless Repairs will endeavour to return a repair or alteration within 7 days
If additional material is required there could be a delay and the customer will be notified
Rapid Repairs will be returned within 24 hours
If a customer requests a Rapid Repair and it can’t be done in 24 hours Seamless Repairs has the right to refuse the request.
A&E repairs are done on the spot and governed by how long it takes to get to the function
Regarding collection and delivery 22-26
Customers who arrange collection out of the stated FREE area will pay the £5.00 collection fee on arrival.
Customers who arrange to meet at any of the meeting points will need to be on time or a £5.00 charge could be added.
Customers will be expected to contact Seamless Repairs by phone, text or email if they are held up.
Seamless Repairs will endeavour to meet at any arrange venue on time but contact will be made if this is not possible.
